EPISODE 4 WARIDI CRITIQUE BY STEPHANIE WAIRIMU

It begins with a zoom out shot from a close up to a wide shot of Lorna's house. Harry tries to fire her, but she refuses. There is a high angle shot of lorna and a low angle shot of Harry to show that Harry is the one with more power than Lorna. Harry is using this power to fire Lorna from a job that she is doing very well. An eye level shot follows showing that they are now both at par since Lorna has refused to leave her job.
Sound is used as a transition between the scene with Paul and his father to a scene with Paul and Sanga. Panning from left to right as Sanga and Paul talk about their drug business. Three shot of Paul, Sanga and the waitress as they order drinks.
Tight shot of Andy and Sally hugging as he reassures her that he will not pressure her about having children. She tries to come clean about her condition but a phone call cuts her short. Extreme close up of Sally as she confesses to Andy. We can see the pain in her eyes and instantly feel for her.
Long shot of Lulu and Karama then a dolly in to a close up as they discuss about pursuing a relationship.
The episode ends with a dolly in on Paul and Sanga after a drug exchange to increase the anxiety and anticipation over whether they will get away with it or get caught.
